LARIAN MENJUNJUNG KASIH 2015

The cheapest ever event in town - FREE OF CHARGE. This run was held in conjunction with the Sultan of Selangor's birthday at Padang Sultan Sulaiman,Klang. So far, it was also the first event which was flagged off ahead of the scheduled time. The 10Km run was flagged off at 0715am instead of 0730am and the 5Km run was flagged at 0720am instead of 0745am. As a result, Harley Wong missed out the run as he was 10 minutes late and end-up as our photographer at the finishing line. A big thank you to him.

The challenging part for this 5Km route was the uphill stretch which was very steep nearby the Sri Kota Medical Centre. I have not been running for the past two months and I have to literally walk to cover the slope.

Congratulations to Flying Cheou and Xtro Khoo for finishing in the top ten position and also the rest of the KKP runners who managed complete the race within the first 100 runners which qualified them of a finisher medal.

After the run,only the three of us adjourned to Chong Kok Kopitiam for our breakfast as the rest were not able to join. This kopitiam is famous for its coffee,nasi lemak and charcoal toasted bread.
